2 packages yeast dissolved in ½ c warm water. Add sugar to make yeast active.
1 cup milk, scalded
3 t salt
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup shortening
2 eggs
1 c cooked seasoned potatoes
1 cup flour
In large mixing bowl
beat until blended, add remaining flour about 5 cups
turn out on board and knead until smooth
let rise until double
make into rolls
let rise again
bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes
